The wax finish provides lasting water resistance with a non-oily feel for classic weather protection. The insulation is PrimaLoft, originally engineered the U.S. Army as an alternative to goose down. Lightweight and packable, PrimaLoft Gold’s warmth is comparable to down when dry, and superior when wet.
The two-way front zipper is backed by a wind-blocking guard and extends to chin height. Side pockets secure with sturdy zippers to keep valuables safe. The drawcord-adjustable hood features a reinforced brim to maintain its shape when not worn over a cap. Snap-adjustable cuffs and drawcord cinch in the hem seal in the warmth.
