Made from start-to-finish in the USA, our Bird & Trout Knife is a sportsman’s tool with a flat-ground blade ideally shaped for cleaning trout and game birds. The blade is crafted from 440M, a high-carbon steel with outstanding corrosion resistance. The blade is tempered to balance edge retention and ease of sharpening. Full-tang construction with Micarta handle scales ensures reliability. Includes a custom-debossed leather sheath. 3-inch blade length.
